Terms of Use

1. The service

CareerAI helps students and early-career job seekers find internships and junior jobs, get automated CV feedback, and keep track of applications. Searching listings is free and does not require an account.

The Free plan includes unlimited job search, apply links, the rule-based ATS score, 1 AI CV review per calendar month (Pakistan time), 1 saved CV and up to 20 bookmarked jobs. Student Pro and Boost Packs add the features shown on the pricing page.

2. Job listings

Listings are collected automatically from public company career pages and job boards and are shown with their source. CareerAI is not the employer and does not verify every listing. Pay is shown only when the source states it.

Always confirm details on the original posting before applying. If a listing looks wrong or fraudulent, tell us and we will review it. Never pay a fee to apply for a job.

Company names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify where a listing comes from; they do not imply any partnership or endorsement.

3. Applying

Apply saves your CV and introduction to your CareerAI account and then opens the employer's or job board's own application page. You submit the application there yourself; CareerAI does not send applications on your behalf and cannot guarantee interviews or offers.

4. CV analysis

CV scores and suggestions are produced automatically, partly by an AI model, and are guidance only. They may be incomplete or wrong. Do not include hidden text or instructions aimed at AI or ATS systems; our analysis ignores them and flags them.

5. How CVs are stored and deleted

CVs uploaded only for analysis are processed and not kept; we save the analysis results to your account.

CVs attached to an application are stored privately until you delete that application, which removes the file and record immediately. You can request deletion of your whole account and all related data by email, completed within 30 days. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

6. Plans, payments and refunds

Student Pro costs PKR 299 for 30 days or PKR 1,999 for 365 days (USD 19 for 365 days for international students). A Boost Pack costs PKR 199 for 10 AI credits, which do not expire and are used one per AI review, tailored CV or cover letter.

Payments are made by JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer to the account shown at checkout. Access starts once we have matched your transaction ID to a received payment, usually within a few hours and at most 24 hours. Submitting a transaction ID for a payment you did not make, or reusing someone else's, is not allowed and leads to the account being closed.

Pro never renews automatically: when your days run out you return to the Free plan and keep all your CVs and data. The 7-day trial is free, needs no payment details, and is available once per person.

If you paid by mistake or Pro did not work for you, email us within 7 days of payment with your transaction ID and we will refund you to the account you paid from.

Fair use: AI features are for your own applications. We may slow down or pause accounts that use them in automated or excessive ways.

7. Referrals and campus ambassadors

When 3 friends sign up with your invite link and build a CV, you get 30 days of Pro, as many times as you invite. Only new accounts created within 7 days of opening your link count. Fake or duplicate accounts do not count, and rewards earned with them may be removed.

Approved campus ambassadors can create up to 10 Pro passes a month for students at their CV clinics. Each pass gives one student 30 days of Pro, and each student can redeem one pass. Passes may not be sold.

8. Alerts

Telegram alerts, email digests (weekly on Free, daily on Pro) and the WhatsApp Channel are sent automatically from the same listings as the website and carry the same caveats. You can stop each of them at any time.

9. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use CareerAI only for your own job search. Do not scrape, overload or attempt to break the service, upload malicious files, or use it to send spam.

10. Changes and availability

We may change or pause features. Price changes never affect Pro days you have already paid for. We will update these terms when something changes and show the date below. The service is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.
